Guiding Village began with my own search for work. I felt overwhelmed trying to find legitimate remote jobs while sorting through scams, outdated listings, and opportunities that were no longer available. Finding a job was hard enough—the search itself shouldn’t have felt so discouraging.
I created this village to give others a friendlier place to start. We focus on fully remote jobs from official employers, make the requirements easier to understand, and check that listings are still active. You’ll find opportunities at all levels, with extra attention to entry-level roles and jobs that accept a high school diploma, GED, or experience instead of a degree.
