Your email stays in the village.
We collect your email address, signup and consent dates, confirmation/unsubscribe status, and which signup form you used. We do not store your IP address, device details or name in the subscriber system.
Only private administrators can view subscribers. Your email goes to our email delivery provider only to deliver confirmation and, when we begin sending, the weekly job and Resources newsletter you requested. We do not sell subscriber addresses or expose them on the public site.
You must confirm your address before receiving newsletters. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Unsubscribe anytime using the link in your email; you can also request removal through Guiding Village.
Newsletters are reviewed privately before an administrator explicitly sends them. No newsletters are sent automatically.
